A local company invested in a factory unit that needed a lot of TLC to get it back into a presentable state for their business premises. The job included:
• Roof cleaning using a scaffold
• Preparation and painting off walls
• Floor cleaning, screeding and industrial paint finish
• Toilet facilities overhaul
As the space was empty, it meant we could undertake the job relatively easily with construction and moving of the scaffold the only major issue we faced. The client was over the moon with the finish as we turned their old unit into an as good as new work space.
